These Terms of Use govern your access to the Ggrue website, subscription products, and AI LoRA downloads. Please read them carefully before using any part of the service.

By accessing or using this site, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any LoRA model, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can review or change your plan at any time in your account dashboard. All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
Taxes and processing fees may apply depending on your location. If a payment fails, access to downloads and gated content may be paused until the balance is settled.
Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered LoRA files in your own creative workflows. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files outside your team is not permitted. You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable laws, create misleading endorsements, or infringe on the rights of others.
Certain downloads may list additional usage notes or base-model requirements. You must follow those instructions to stay within the scope of the license.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, copy, and training assets on this site remain the property of their respective owners. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices that accompany the downloads.
Ggrue may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, your license to use the downloads immediately ends.
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. When updates are posted, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
